Always include the System ID: you can find this at the back of the panel PC.
Please check the status of your Service and Support Agreement (SSA).
In case of doubt about SSA status or System ID, send an email to Braedius Support.
Describe the problem as accurately as possible.
If it is a software problem describe the environment:
- Is it a problem with Camera Manager or Analysis Manager
- CytoCam Tools version and release
